• The NUD pendant cord is made out of quality oak materials.
• The oak tube covers the lamp holder and the upper part of the bulb, framing a light bulb snugly.
• The lamp holder socket measures 95mm high x 42mm wide. 
• The lamp holder takes a standard screw in (E27) bulb. Max 40W.
• Comes with a 3 metre braided textile cable (which is easily shortened to any desired length).
• Plastic ceiling black cap measures 53mm in diameter x 60mm high.

This pendant takes one Australian standard household screw in (E27) light bulb. From our range, we recommend our vintage style exposed LED Clear 95 5W 2200K for a warm glow, or our LED Clear 95 6W 2600K for a whiter illumination.

• For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
• To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.
• In-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
• If the item is not in-stock, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks before dispatch. If the order is urgent, please call us to confirm stock availability.

Typical delivery times after the date of dispatch are:

• Melbourne: 2 business days
• Sydney, Canberra & Adelaide: 3-4 business days
• Brisbane & Tasmania: 4-5 business days
• Darwin & Perth: 5-6 business days
• For all non-metro locations, please allow an additional 1-3 business days. However, if you’re in in a remote NT area, please allow an additional 10 business days. The wait will be worth it, we promise!

Extended Delivery Times

If the item you have ordered is not in-stock at our Melbourne warehouse, it can take 4-6 weeks before dispatch. These designer products are custom ordered and are shipped from Europe. They have longer lead times.

You can now click & collect your order from our Melbourne showroom, so shopping with us has never been easier. Please contact us to arrange a collection time convenient for you.

Returns

We understand that, from time-to-time, not everything goes according to plan. For this reason, we happily offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our website. If your item arrives in tip top condition, but you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return the items in original, unused and unmarked condition with original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, minus the freight cost.

Upon delivery of your order, please check your order to ensure it’s arrived in perfect condition. If there are any damages, faults or problems with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will of course replace or refund any damaged items at no additional cost to you.
