Excluding some items, all online orders over $199 ship for a flat $10. Oversized items do not qualify for the flat rate.

The majority of our lighting range is eligible for the $10 flat rate. Some items are listed as oversized please contact us for freight calculations prior to purchase, as these are not eligible for the flat rate. Check the product listing to confirm if an item is classified as oversized.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $199.
Can I return or exchange an item that had $10 flat-rate shipping?
If an item/s arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind, then we offer a 60-day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. If you placed your order with $10 flat rate shipping and want to return the item/s, your money will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost incurred by us. The shipping cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post cost calculator. Before sending any item/s back that you purchased with $10 flat rate shipping, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. Item/s must then be returned in unused, unmarked condition in their full original packaging within 60 days. The buyer is also responsible for arranging the return of the items at their expense.
Please ensure that you check your order in full as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues with the delivery received (e.g., a product arrives damaged, your order isn’t as expected or you have any other issues) then please notify us within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Why aren't all items eligible for $10 flat-rate shipping?
Due to product size and variability in postage costs, some items such as oversized items aren't eligible for the flat rate.
Do you guarantee shipping?
We will only ship Products ordered through the website to a location where we provide delivery services. All efforts are made to dispatch your order within 2-3 business working days from date of purchase. If any problems arise in the process of fulfilling your order, one of our Customer Service Team will contact you regarding the issue.
