STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

This Wire Cage Swing Arm Wall Light has classic industrial styling and a great range of movement. They are available in either a single or two arm option with a swivel point at the sconce which can be manoeuvred left and right. The elbow joints are designed to be locked in your desired position once installed. The rust cage shade will match almost any interior décor. This cage swing arm wall light will easily add a touch of industrial flair to your shop, restaurant, café interior or home.

About the Wire Cage Swing Arm Wall Light:

  • These cage swing arm wall lights come in a matt black finish 
  • The steel cage shade comes in a rust finish.
  • The left to right swing function is designed for regular daily use. The up and down rotation of the arm knuckle joints/arms is designed to be positioned as desired and then set into place with infrequent movement of position. To adjust the knuckles the wing nut screw needs to be entirely removed and then reinserted after adjustment. The knuckle is not to be adjusted with the wing nut still in place.
  • The swing arm fixture has a distance of 50mm from the wall to the centre of the sconce pole stem. 
  • They also come with an enamel shade option as separate listings named Industrial Two Arm Swing Wall Lamp and Industrial Swing Arm Wall Light.
  • The lampholder of this wall light is compatible with a bayonet B22. 25W max.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
