At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

Description

The handcrafted style of the Weave Pendant Light brings a natural flair to your space. Handwoven from straw fibres twisted into string, the shade has a natural finish and intricately woven design. This light features a painted black metal canopy and braided cord which sits comfortably among any décor. Style above a large dining table, in a bright reading room or airy lounge room.

About the Weave Pendant Light:

  • Natural shade handwoven with straw fibres twisted into string.
  • Burst or cracked fibres are a natural characteristic of the straw material. These variations are considered features of the material and are not defects.
  • Metal canopy is painted black with black braided cord.
  • The braided black cord is a 1.2 metre braided textile cable (which is easily shortened to any desired length).
  • The metal rose ceiling on the textile cord is 100mm in diameter and 25mm in height (not including the cord grip).  
  • The wooden mounting block pictured is not included, but can be purchased separately here. Select the 10cm version for this fitting.
  • Takes one standard E27 light bulb, Max 60W.

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
