Excluding some items, we offer free shipping for all online orders above $199. Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping.

Which items are not eligible for free shipping?
The majority of our lighting range is eligible for free shipping. Some items may be listed as being oversized and to please contact us for freight calculations prior to purchase. These oversized items are not eligible for free shipping. Please refer to the listing of the product you are purchasing to check if the item is classified as oversized.
My order is less than $199, can I get free shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on any online purchase below $199.
Can I return or exchange an item with free shipping?
If an item/s arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind, then we offer a 60-day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. If you placed your order with free shipping and want to return the item/s, your money will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost incurred by us. The shipping cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post cost calculator. Before sending any item/s back that you purchased with free shipping, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. Item/s must then be returned in unused, unmarked condition in their full original packaging within 60 days. The buyer is also responsible for arranging the return of the items at their expense.
Please ensure that you check your order in full as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues with the delivery received (e.g., a product arrives damaged, your order isn’t as expected or you have any other issues) then please notify us within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Is express shipping available for free?
We currently do not offer express shipping but aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
Why aren’t all items available for free shipping?
Due to the nature of product sizes and variability in postage, we cannot offer free shipping on some items, such as oversized items.
Do you guarantee free shipping?
We will only ship Products ordered through the website to a location where we provide delivery services. All efforts are made to dispatch your order within 2-3 business working days from date of purchase. If any problems arise in the process of fulfilling your order, one of our Customer Service Team will contact you regarding the issue.
