At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

The quantity displayed is in stock at our Melbourne distribution facility ready for despatch.

Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

The Washington Gooseneck Chandelier brings a dose of old world charm to your living spaces. Emphasising its authentic flair are three handblown opal glass shades that reflect the 1920s schoolhouse style of yesteryear. The shades come in two size options to suit your space and the small size includes optional hand painted stripe styles for added character. Made-to-order by artisan craftsmanship, its high quality brass metal fixture features three gooseneck arms and comes in a Matt Black finish. This light is also available with our steel frame options, in Black or Gold/Brass finishes. This 3 light pendant makes a timeless statement in any interior and is ideal as a centrepiece for restaurants, venues, living rooms and dining spaces.

  • Handcrafted brass fixture with gooseneck arms frames come in Matt Black. As the brass light is made to order, there is a longer lead time. This is a special order item and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. See our 'delivery & returns' tab for more detail. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level. The brass fittings are also available in Satin Brass, Antique Bronze or Florentine Bronze, please contact us to arrange
  • The brass chandeliers are assembled with a 790mm drop length off the ceiling to the centre piece.
  • The suspension pole for brass frames can be shortened by cutting to a shorter length. Available in longer lengths by request.
  • The steel suspension with gooseneck arms frames comes in Black or Gold/Brass finish.
  • The steel chandelier is supplied with two poles in the box. Each pole is 400mm in length. During installation, this fitting can be used with no poles (flush mount). 1 pole or 2 poles. This allows drop length choices of 190mm, 590mm or 990mm. These measurements are approx. from the ceiling to the tip of the lamp holders. If you would like drop lengths greater than 990 mm simply contact us to arrange.
  • The chandelier attaches to the ceiling via a hook hanger which is secured in the ceiling and then covered by a ceiling cap.
  • The shades are mounted on three gooseneck arms.
  • The glass shade is fitted to the arm with a gallery. All brass and steel chandeliers are paired with a matching gallery, except for the gold/brass steel chandelier which is paired with a black gallery. If you would like a gold gallery with this frame, please contact us.
  • It features three opal glass shades. 
  • The shades are constructed from handblown glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolourations are characteristics of hand blown glass. They are not considered flaws or defects.
  • The shades come in small and medium sizes.
  • The small shade is accented with one stripe, three stripe and five stripe hand painted styles. 
  • It takes three standard bayonet (B22) light bulb. 60W max.

Fat Shack Vintage delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between… if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you! 
  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, there is a longer lead time as the brass product is made to order here in Australia. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Current lead time to produce is approximately 2-3 weeks from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please call us for the current stock on hand level.
  • Please note: orders containing ‘made to order’ items, will be held and shipped in their entirety once all goods are available. If you wish to split your order into separate shipments, a further freight charge will apply. Please contact us for freight calculations.
  • For a shipping rate quote, just select your desired products and proceed to the checkout where you will be able to enter your delivery postcode in the Shipping Rate Calculator. It will then calculate the shipping price for your order based on your postcode and the items in your basket.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Moorabbin) at the checkout!


We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
