At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

Description

Woven by hand from natural rattan, its shade has a wicker finish accented with a black or natural fabric trim to blend warmth with a subtle contemporary touch. Suspended from a matching cloth cord and ceiling rose, the shade comes in varying sizes to suit a multitude of decors and makes the perfect lighting aesthetic for cafes, coastal homes and kitchen islands.

About the Moselle Rattan Pendant Light:

  • This pendant light adds warmth with a contemporary touch to suit a range of interiors.
  • The shades are available with either a black or linen colour fabric trim.
  • The black shade has an internal black metal frame to support the rattan. it measures 420mm in diameter and 300mm in height.
  • The black shade comes with a 3.3m black braided cloth suspension cord, which can be shortened. The matt black metal ceiling rose measures 100mm in diameter and 25mm in height.
  • The linen colour fabric trim shade comes in large and small sizes. It has Clear PVC backing. The large shade is 500mm in diameter and 300mm in height. The small shade is 305mm in diameter and 200mm in height. 
  • The linen colour fabric trim shade pendant comes with a 1.5m fabric cord.  The white ceiling rose measures 120mm in diameter and 25mm in height. These two sizes ares not eligible for return. No further offers / discounts on this item apply.
  • Requires one Australian standard E27 (screw-in) 40W max light bulb.
  • The wooden mounting block shown is not included. Purchase the 10cm version here.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, current lead time is approximately 5-7 business days from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
