STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

Not only is this 10W LED downlight dimmable it has the added advantage of an adjustable colour temperature function to vary from warm white to cool white as required. This versatile light comes in two finishes to seamlessly blend with contemporary interiors and its weather resistance rating allows its addition to a wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces in your home.

About the Hillcrest CCT LED Downlight IP44: 

  • This 10W LED downlight is suited for a range of contemporary indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • It comes in white or black finishes. 
  • The light is 120mm in diameter, 30mm in depth and fits 90mm cut out size.
  • Uses an external driver with cord and plug.
  • The light has Colour Changing Technology (CCT) which allows colour temperature adjustment with a built-in switch.
  • The colour temperature can be adjusted to 3000K, 4000K and 5000K with 950, 1050 and 1000 lumens respectively. 
  • This light has an IP44 rating. Always check with your electrician to see if this light is suitable for your desired placement. Please also consider suitability of materials for your installation location.
  • The light includes a 900mm fled and plug for easy installation.
  • It has an IC-4 rating. The IC-4 Rating means that Redilight recessed light fittings can be safely installed without minimum clearances for normally flammable building element(s) contained in combustible areas, including ceiling spaces.
  • This outdoor light is suitable for indoor use as well.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, current lead time is approximately 5-7 business days from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Moorabbin) at the checkout!

 

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
