At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

The Glass Ball Disc Pendant Multi Light is a versatile choice for any home or business lighting area. It comes in opal and clear glass shades, and offers the option of solid brass discs. This pendant light beautifully blends vintage and modern design elements.

About the Glass Ball Pendant Multi Light:

  • Featuring three hanging glass ball shades in either opal or clear finish.
  • The shades come in small, medium and large sizes.
  • The small shade takes a max bulb diameter of 60mm.
  • The medium and large shades take a max bulb diameter of 83mm.
  • The shades are hand blown. Bubbles, lines, slight surface defects or discolouration are characteristics of this type of glass. They are not considered defects.
  • Choice of solid brass discs available in small and large, as well as the option to order without the disc. 
  • The small shade pairs with only the small size disc, and the medium and large shades pair with only the large discs. 
  • As shown in the pictures these discs have varying degrees of minor imperfections. The discs are laser cut by machinery from sheets. It is intended as a rough, industrial finish. These minor imperfections are not considered defects.
  • Takes three Australian standard B22 (bayonet) light bulbs, max 60w. 
  • The gooseneck ceiling pendant cord is made from steel and features three cord grips that measure 280mm apart and 100mm from the ceiling rose to the grip. 
  • Please note: if wishing to have the small discs with medium and large shades, please contact us as we can arrange this for you.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Moorabbin) at the checkout!

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
