STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

Description

This lamp features a distinctive handblown glass shade in an opal finish, highlighted by your choice of a black or gold/brass finished lamp base. The narrow base allows this lamp to fit into a multitude of spaces and is weighted for stability.

About the Chelsea Glass Floor Lamp:

  • The classic schoolhouse shade is constructed from high quality hand blown glass with an opal finish.
  • Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolourations on shades are characteristics of all hand blown and hand crafted glass. They are not considered flaws or defects.
  • Lamp base available in 2 finishes.
  • Includes push bar on/off switch on the lampholder for ease of use.
  • The glass shade is fitted to the lamp base with a gallery. Both base finishes are paired with a black gallery. Please contact us if you require a gold base with a matching gold gallery.
  • This Chelsea shade is available in a pendant version to offer some continuity throughout your space. View the entire range here.
  • The lampholder takes a standard bayonet (B22) light bulb and max 60 watts bulb.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, current lead time is approximately 7-14 business days from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please call us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
