The Belrose Glass Ceiling Light brings brings the tactile character of hobnail pressed glass to a close-to-ceiling fitting. Equally striking unlit as illuminated, it suits lower ceilings without compromising on presence. Fixtures available in three finishes to match your aesthetic.

About the Belrose Glass Ceiling Light:
- The all-over hobnail pattern is the repeating raised bubble design across the full outter surface, catches and diffracts light in every direction. The inner is smooth, creating a soft, scattered glow when illuminated.
- The hobnail pattern has been a hallmark of pressed glass craftsmanship since the Victorian era. A design tradition that has remained in production for over 150 years, finding renewed popularity in mid-century domestic lighting of the 1950s and 1960s. Paired with a round filament bulb, this fitting recreates that period feel with genuine authenticity.
- Substantial 1.9kg construction signals genuine quality and material presence.
- The shade is pressed glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolouration are characteristics of all pressed glass. They are not considered defects.
- The steel batten fixtures are available in three finishes. Choose from black, white, or gold/brass batten holder to complement your style.
- The wooden mounting block pictured can be purchased separately here. Select the 10cm version for this fitting.
- The lampholder has a removable lamp shade ring and takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb. Max 40W.

Returns
We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost.
In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions.
Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
