Bathroom 3 in 1 Lights, Heaters & Exhaust Fans at Fat Shack Vintage
A cold bathroom in the middle of an Australian winter is one of life's more avoidable problems. The best 3-in-1 bathroom heaters solve this from a single ceiling fitting, combining a powerful heating element, bathroom exhaust fan, and LED light in one unit. At Fat Shack Vintage, we stock a hand selected range to ensure year-round comfort and style.
The Benefits of a Bathroom Vent, Fan, Heater, and Light
The three functions heat, ventilation, and light are switched independently so you're never running all three when you only need one. Bathroom light heaters warm the room quickly on cold mornings while the exhaust fan removes steam before it settles on mirrors being one of the most effective ways to prevent bathroom mould in Australian homes.
Choosing the Right Bathroom Fan Heater for Your Space
Two things matter most: heater type and extraction rate. Heat lamp models use infrared R7s or E27 globes that produce radiant warmth the moment they switch on and are straightforward to replace at end of life. PTC ceramic heaters, like those in the Mercury CCT, use a solid-state element with no exposed lamp they can't overheat, which makes them a strong choice for families with young children.
Extraction rate is measured in cubic metres per hour and should be matched to your room size. Our range spans 270m³/hr through to 500m³/hr, covering small ensuites through to larger family bathrooms. If you're unsure, your electrician can calculate the right rate based on your room volume and ceiling height.
Installing Your Bathroom Ceiling Heater
Bathroom heater installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Each unit comes with a cutout template, and various other fittings to make the job straightforward. Ceiling heater units are subject to bathroom zone IP requirements confirm the appropriate rating for your space with your electrician before purchasing.
