About the Handley Sign Light:

• The wall mounting plate measures 100mm in diameter. 
  
• The sconce arm has a total projection of 320mm from the wall. 
• The shade measures 260mm in diameter. 
• IP13 rated with a waterproof back plate. Please note: Always ask a qualified electrician about your desired placement of this light.
• Please note: As this light is made to order and hand finished, there is a longer lead time to receive your order. This ensures the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Takes standard B22 light bulb (Max 60W)

• To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.
• All in-stock items will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, it will be 10-14 business days before dispatch. If the order is urgent, call us for current stock availability. 

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• Melbourne: approximately 2 business days 
• Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: approximately 3-4 business days
• Brisbane, Tasmania: approximately 4-5 business days
• Darwin, Perth: approximately 5-6 business days
• For all areas outside these metro locations please allow an additional 1-3 business days (except if in NT remote areas, add on additional 10 business days)
• For large / bulky orders or express shipping, please contact us directly for a quotation of postage costs.

Pickups and inspections are available at our Melbourne showroom / warehouse. Please contact us to arrange. 

Returns

We provide a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from our website (this excludes sale stock and custom orders). If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund less freight.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will of course replace / refund any damaged items at no additional cost to you.
