STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

Description

Sleek classic glass shade meets industrial pulley in our Glass Ball Pulley Wall Light. With adjustable projection and multiple shade finishes to chose from this fitting can be configured to suit any design space. 

Features:

  • Glass ball shade in two sizes and finishes

  • Opal glass globe shade with an open end available in two sizes

  • Matt black metalware with gold or black accents
  • Adjustable projection
  • Takes a standard Bayonet (B22) bulb

About the Glass Ball Pulley Wall Light:

  • Glass ball shade in small and medium sizes in either opal or clear finish.
  • The small opal shade in hand painted two stripe, three stripe and four stripe options
  • Open glass globe shade has an open end small: 95mm diameter bottom opening, medium: 145mm
  • Matt black wall arm, gallery and cloth cord. Lampholder and wall plate in black or gold. 
  • Supplied with 3 metre of cord. Can be shortened on installation to get your ideal drop. 
  • Black braided round cord in black. Featuring a black metal lampholder and wall plate.
  • Gold brass braided cord option features a gold brass metal lampholder, gold brass wall plate with a black braided cord. 
  • The glass shade is fitted to the wall sconce with a gallery. Both black and gold cords are paired with a paired with a black gallery.
  • The small shade takes a max bulb diameter of 60mm, the medium takes a max bulb diameter of 83mm.
  • The shades are hand blown. Bubbles, lines, slight surface defects or discolouration are characteristics of this type of glass. They are not considered defects.
  • Requires one standard bayonet B22 bulb, max 40W.

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Moorabbin) at the checkout!

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
