At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

The quantity displayed is in stock at our Melbourne distribution facility ready for despatch.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

Description

It features a slim disc that comes in two sizes and a versatile selection of finishes to accent a bulb of your choice. Mounted from a black braided cord complete with a metalware ring design in two styles and finishes, this pendant light adds a signature bare bulb statement to kitchens, hallways and entryways.

About the Dixon Disc Pendant Light:

  • This pendant light brings understated style to any interior.
  • The lampholder is accented with a slim metal disc in small or large size.
  • The discs are solid brass, steel or with powder coated black or white finish.
  • The natural steel finish will tarnish/rust/age over time. They are raw metals and will develop a patina over time unless sealed with a lacquer. This is part of the intended charm and adds to the style of that particular choice of metal.
  • These discs have varying degrees of minor scratches, scuffs and imperfections. They are laser cut from sheets using machinery and have a rough, industrial finish. These minor imperfections are not flaws or defects.
  • The pendant light is suspended from a black braided cord with a metalware ring design.
  • The cord metalware comes in black or gold/brass finish.
  • Its metalware ring design comes with or without a disc to offer two distinct styles.
  • The pendant light requires one bayonet (B22) bulb. 40W max.
  • The three wooden mounting blocks shown in the picture are not included. They can be purchased separately from here. Select the 10cm version from the drop down menu for this fitting.
  • Please note: The black and gold dixon pendant cords without discs are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level.
  • For a shipping quote, simply add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your postcode in the shipping rate calculator. We’ll calculate the shipping price for you, and this price will be displayed as part of the order total.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

You can click & collect your order from our Melbourne location, so shopping with us has never been easier. Simply ensure you’ve selected Click & Collect (Moorabbin) at the checkout!

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website. This excludes products marked as “Clearance” and “Customised / Special Order” items. Please refer to the Description tab for information. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
