About the Botwell Table Lamp:

• Available in seven finishes: Antique Bronze, Antique Nickel, Bright Chrome, Florentine Bronze, Matt Black, Old Brass (pictured) and Polished Brass.
• The table lamp measures 165mm in width, 165mm in depth and 480mm in height.
• The parchment shade measures 279mm in diameter at the widest point, 152mm in diameter at the top point, and 203mm in height.
• Includes a 2m cable and plug for easy access.
• Please note: As this light is made to order, there is a longer lead time. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  
• Requires one Australian standard B22 (bayonet) 60W max light bulb.

This lamp requires one Australian standard B22 (bayonet) 60W max light bulb. From our range, we recommend the LED Edison Teardrop Opal 6W 2200K for a warm glow, or the LED Dimmable Bulb - Edison Teardrop 12W 3000K for a bright white illumination.

• These products are designed, hand finished and assembled in Australia using quality, durable components and are made with the highest of standards.
• For a shipping rate quote, just select your desired products and proceed to the checkout where you will be able to enter your delivery postcode in the Shipping Rate Calculator. It will then calculate the shipping price for your order based on your postcode and the items in your basket.
• To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.
• All in-stock items will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, it will be 10-14 business days before dispatch. If the order is urgent, call us for current stock availability. 

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• Melbourne: approximately 2 business days 
• Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: approximately 3-4 business days
• Brisbane, Tasmania: approximately 4-5 business days
• Darwin, Perth: approximately 5-6 business days
• For all areas outside these metro locations please allow an additional 1-3 business days (except if in NT remote areas, add on additional 10 business days)

Pickups and inspections are available at our Melbourne showroom / warehouse. Please contact us to arrange. 

Returns

We provide a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from our website (this excludes sale stock and custom orders). If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund less freight.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will of course replace / refund any damaged items at no additional cost to you.
