At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. Description

The Emporium Crystal Chandelier is a gorgeous light with French provincial charm. This chandelier is comprised of high quality crystals and a bronze frame in the empire style, which was popular at the height of the 17th century in Versailles. Hang in a staircase or hallway to wow your guests or enjoy it in a master bedroom or ensuite. Commercially it would be a glamourous addition to a hotel lobby, tea room or bridal salon.

About the Emporium Crystal Chandelier:

  • High quality crystal beaded hangings - elongated prisms and multi faceted octagon drops.
  • The mottled bronze frame is suspended by a 1 metre long suspension chain that can be shortened. 
  • Available in three sizes
  • The small and medium pendants take 6 light bulbs and the large pendant takes 8 light bulbs. 
  • Black plastic cord.
  • The lamp holder takes Australian standard screw in (E14) light bulbs, max 40W.
  • 240 volt / 50Hz.
  • The shade is crystal. Bubbles, lines, slight surface defects or discolouration are characteristics of all crystal. They are not to be considered defects.
  • Please note: This is a special-order item and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
  • Large Chandelier: Please contact us prior to ordering. This item is oversized and requires additional postage to be paid on what is stated in the checkout.

Fat Shack Vintage proudly delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between – if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you!

  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, current lead time is approximately 7-14 business days from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please call us for the current stock on hand level.
  • This item is oversized and requires additional postage to be paid on what is stated in the checkout. Oversized items are excluded from any free shipping offers. Please contact us prior to ordering so that we can calculate and advise the shipping price for you based on your location. After the order is received via the website we will then contact you prior to despatch to take payment of that additional postage cost.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
