At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

The quantity displayed is in stock at our Melbourne distribution facility ready for despatch.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. We offer a variety of products and finishes to try and suit many tastes, so unexpected delays can and do occur.

The Industrial Gooseneck Cage Chandelier combines industrial design with a traditional aesthetic. Made of quality brass or steel, this sturdy piece will provide vintage ambience for years to come. Hang above a dining table, in the lounge or bedroom, or in a stairwell. This pendant will add the finishing touch to your country pub, urban café or rustic wedding venue.

About the Industrial Gooseneck Cage Chandelier:

  • Quality steel cages. Black, Gold/Brass or White finishes.
  • In the classic industrial style, they feature an open bottom designed for easy relamping. 
  • Create your own design statement based on which cage shade you choose from; small round, large round or long cage shade.
  • Small round cage light: 130mm in diameter across the widest part and 180mm high in total.
  • Large round cage light: 180mm in diameter across the widest part and 195mm high in total. 
  • Handcrafted brass fixture with gooseneck arms frames come in Matt Black. As the brass light is made to order, there is a longer lead time. See our 'delivery & returns' tab for more detail. If your order is urgent, please contact us for the current stock on hand level. The brass fittings are also available Satin Brass, Antique Bronze or Florentine Bronze, please contact us to arrange. 
  • The steel suspension with gooseneck arms frames comes in Black or Gold/Brass finish.
  • The drop length off the ceiling to the centre piece is 790mm. 
  • The poles can also be shortened by cutting them to a shorter length. Available in longer lengths by request.
  • The steel chandelier is supplied with two poles in the box. Each pole is 400mm in length. During installation, this fitting can be used with no poles (flush mount). 1 pole or 2 poles. This allows drop length choices of 190mm, 590mm or 990mm. These measurements are approx. from the ceiling to the tip of the lamp holders. If you would like drop lengths greater than 990 mm simply contact us to arrange.
  • The centre piece is 80mm in diameter and is 90mm high.
  • Each gooseneck arm projects 240mm from the main pole.
  • The multi light pendant attaches to the ceiling via a hook hanger which is secured in the ceiling and then the ceiling cap cover the hole. This ceiling cap is 110mm in diameter and 60mm high. 
  • The lamp holder takes a standard bayonet (B22) light bulb (max 60W).

Fat Shack Vintage delivers Australia wide. From the tip to the tail and all the places in-between… if you live in Australia, we’ll get it to you! 
  • All in-stock items are normally dispatched from our Melbourne location within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If not in stock, there is a longer lead time as the brass product is made to order here in Australia. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Current lead time to produce is approximately 2-3 weeks from order date. The lead time is approximate. If your order is urgent, please call us for the current stock on hand level.
  • Please note: orders containing ‘made to order’ items, will be held and shipped in their entirety once all goods are available. If you wish to split your order into separate shipments, a further freight charge will apply. Please contact us for freight calculations.
  • For a shipping rate quote, just select your desired products and proceed to the checkout where you will be able to enter your delivery postcode in the Shipping Rate Calculator. It will then calculate the shipping price for your order based on your postcode and the items in your basket.
  • To ensure peace of mind, all FSV orders are sent with tracking and full insurance.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
