At Fat Shack Vintage we aim to only offer products that are readily available to ship. This means that it is either IN STOCK at our Melbourne facility or there is a STANDARD or EXTENDED LEAD TIME before arrival of stock to our facility.

STANDARD LEAD TIME
Upon receipt of your order, we need to transfer the stock from one of our local Australian suppliers to our distribution facility in Melbourne. On receipt of the stock your order will be sent in entirety typically within 1-2 business days. Supply levels change on a daily basis so if after ordering it becomes apparent that there is now an unexpected, extended lead time for replenishment of an item then our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the updated lead time.

EXTENDED LEAD TIME
At times, an item or items you have purchased can unexpectedly become unavailable for immediate shipping, resulting in an extended lead time. If it is already known that an item is not readily available to ship and there is an extended delay, lead time information will be displayed here under the Extended Lead time section on the item listing.

Once all items in your order are available, we will ship your order in its entirety.

With thousands of products available for sale on our website and the nature of supply and demand fluctuations with fast moving goods, it is impossible to keep all items 100 per cent in stock, 100 per cent of the time. Description

Timeless simplicity is embodied by the Illinois Glass Ball Pendant Light. A glass globe suspended by a trapeze cord, this pendant has an uncomplicated design that makes a statement nevertheless. Available in various sizes as well as clear or opal finishes,  including striking hand-painted striped options to customise your look. Hang above a kitchen island or in an entrance hall for a touch of drama, or add ambience to your independent gallery, wine bar or restaurant.

About the Illinois Glass Ball Trapeze Pendant Light:

  • This pendant light requires one standard B22 bayonet light bulb. 25W max.
  • The globe shades are hand blown glass and are are available in clear or opal finishes. The small shades are available plain or with optional hand-painted 2 stripe, 3-stripe and 4-stripe options for added character.
  • The open glass shades are available in opal finish in three sizes.
  • Its globe shade has an open end (small: 95mm diameter bottom opening, medium: 145mm, large: 170mm). 
  • The small shade has a max bulb diameter of 60mm. The medium and large shades have a max bulb diameter of 83mm. The extra large shade takes a max bulb diameter of 110mm. 
  • The opal and clear shades are hand blown, while the open glass shades are pressed glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface defects or discolouration are characteristics of these types of glass. They are not considered defects.
  • The shade is suspended from a three core black braided cord drawn through a black metal tube.
  • The cord is affixed to the ceiling at two points. The two ceiling rose includes two cord outlets each to allow the seamless addition of multiple pendants to create a trapeze, and link to a single switch.
  • The lampholder takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb. Max 60W.

Returns

We provide a 60 day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website.  *This excludes sale stock, special and custom order items - please refer to the Description tab for information*. If the item arrives in tip top condition but you decide that you just don’t like it anymore or have changed your mind then please return the items in original, unused, unmarked condition and with original packaging within 60 days for a refund, minus the freight cost. 

In order to process your refund request, please contact us that we can know when to expect the products back and so we can provide you with Return instructions. Please note we cannot accept in person returns at our location.

Please check your order upon delivery and if required, report any damages, faults or problems within 14 days of receipt of goods.
